OUR CUSTOMERS SAY IT BEST!
Yesterday we had a wrap-up meeting on our Loyalty program. To date, we have received 40 acknowledgements (mostly phone calls), a 53% increase in acknowlegements over last year. We're delighted with the results and the comments we've received. Here is a sampling (some edits to keep them anonymous):
- "I wanted to pass along a big thank you for the very nice Holiday basket of "sustainable" goodies. Very appropriate in today's environment. I hope all is well with you."

Once again I sent a basket to my family. I was so happy to be able to choose only the items that I knew they would love. I also added the Amaryllis in the bamboo pot.
