No receipts or pricing are ever sent with gifts.
If you have forgotten to enter a gift note or special instructions, you will see a comment section in the next step where you may enter any additional information.

Please note: if you are placing orders for multiple recipient addresses, you will need to place and complete a separate order for each ship to address. Shipping will be calculated separately for each order.

Domestic shipping only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii

Be sure to consult the FedEx shipping map for specific ground transit times to your gift's destination.
Orders placed after 12 noon, MST, and on weekends, will ship the following weekday. Please check the shipping addresses carefully in the order confirmation email you receive after you've placed your order.

FedEx Ground

You will see the number of days it take for FedEx Ground to deliver your gift from our location in Boulder, CO. (the pink area on the FedEx Ground delivery map.) Please note: weather events may affect your shipment transit time. There are no deliveries on Sundays. See specifics below for days of the week that FedEx delivers depending on the classification of your recipient's address.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have requested a delivery date, but have not selected the correct shipping method to get the gift to its destination on time, we will do our best to assist you with the options. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipments, with your approval. We are not responsible for errors made by customer when placing an order if a delivery date is requested, but the shipment method selected won't get the gift to its destination in a timely manner.

FedEx Home Delivery
- Delivery days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays). So there are no deliveries to residences on Mondays via Ground. If you request a Monday delivery for a home, to be on the safe side, we may change the delivery date to the Saturday prior. If time doesn't allow for that, your gift will arrive on Tuesday. You can however, send packages to arrive on a Monday if you choose a FedEx Express service option.

FedEx Ground (business) Delivery
- Delivery days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
If Ground is not speedy enough, please choose FedEx Overnight, 2Day or Express Saver (3 day) delivery for your gifts to arrive on time. PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS.
Saturday deliveries - FedEx requires that you specifically choose either Fed Ex Overnight or 2Day Saturday delivery for expedited deliveries on Saturdays. For instance, if we are shipping after noon on a Thursday or on a Friday and you want delivery on a Saturday, you must choose Overnight Saturday service. If we are shipping on Thursday and you want a Saturday delivery, please be sure to choose 2Day Saturday service. Saturday deliveries are not available in every area. We will contact you if this is the case with your order.

- FedEx will request a signature for all deliveries to businesses. However for residential deliveries, drivers have the discretion to leave packages without signatures. If you would like the package to be signed for, please note that in your order comments as you check-out.

Boulder County same day deliveries
(cost is $15) NOT AVAILABLE EVERYDAY DUE TO WORK LOAD. PLEASE CALL US BEFORE NOON TO ARRANGE A SAME DAY DELIVERY, as we offer this service based on our volume of orders each day. Note: Our delivery area
covers only the Boulder to Longmont, Colorado area and does not include any mountain areas. Deliveries are generally available Mondays through Fridays. We do not deliver on holidays, weekends or between December 1st-January 1st.

International Shipments
- Shipping charges for deliveries outside the US are considerably higher (e.g., $45 on average for Canadian shipments). Please phone us to order a delivery outside the U.S.
