No worries, we never send pricing or receipts to your gift recipients.
Please make sure you have included a gift message with an appropriate signature (add it in order comments if you missed it earlier).
FedEx does not ship or deliver on Sundays or national holidays.

Please use the map below to determine ground shipping speed from our location in Boulder County, Colorado. The number of days noted DOES NOT include the day your gift ships. For instance, if we ship on a Monday to California or Pennsylvania, count Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as the three days of transit. Your gift would arrive on the Thursday.

Order Turnaround time - If you have ordered Monday through Friday and requested delivery ASAP, orders will ship within 24 hours from your ordering time. If you have ordered Friday after 12PM MDT or on a weekend, your order will ship the the following Monday.
FedEx Home Delivery
Delivery days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays). There are no ground deliveries to residences on Mondays via Ground. If you request a Monday delivery for a home, to be on the safe side, we may change the delivery date to the Saturday prior. If time doesn't allow for that, your gift will arrive on Tuesday. You can however, send packages to arrive to homes on a Monday if you choose any FedEx Express service option. FedEx Business Delivery Delivery days are Monday through Friday.

Need it there faster than ground? Please choose FedEx Overnight, 2Day or Express Saver (3 day) delivery for your gifts to arrive on time.

Want it to arrive to a home on a Monday? Select the proper express shipping. Only express shipping options will allow delivery to a home on a Monday. Select Express Saver if ordered on a Wednesday, select 2Day shipping if ordered on a Thursday, select overnight shipping if ordered on a Friday,

Want it delivered on a Saturday? FedEx Ground delivers to residences on Saturdays at no additional charge (time and location allowing, see ground chart above). For guaranteed delivery on a Saturday. FedEx Express requires that you specifically choose either 2Day Saturday delivery (and we will ship your gift on a Thursday), or FedEx Overnight Saturday delivery (and we will ship your gift on a Friday).

PLEASE NOTE: If you have requested a delivery date, but have not selected the correct shipping method to get the gift to its destination on time, we will do our best to assist you with the options. We will contact you via email or phone. But, if we don't hear back from you, we will ship your gift via the method you originally selected in your order. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipments, with your approval. We are not responsible for errors made by customer when placing an order if a delivery date is requested but the shipment method selected won't get the gift to its destination in a timely manner.

Signatures and options for controlling FedEx Deliveries FedEx will request a signature for all deliveries to businesses. However, for residential deliveries, drivers have the discretion to leave packages without signatures. If you would like the package to be signed for, please note that in your order comments as you check-out. There is no additional charge for this service. The recipient of the gift may optionally want to register with FedEx Delivery Manager ( to receive email or text alerts regarding their package, schedule vacation holds or leave specific delivery instructions for the driver.

Hospital S
hipments - Patients are often checked out more quickly than first anticipated. If a gift arrives at the hospital after the recipient has checked out, we will need to collect additional shipping fees to forward the gift, and there is no guarantee that the gift can be tracked down and re-delivered in a timely fashion. If there is any doubt about the longevity of the hospital stay, we strongly recommend you have the gift shipped to the recipient's or friend/relative home.

International Shipments - Please phone us to place an order for a gift being delivered outside the U.S.

Shipping to multiple locations? Shipping is calculated separately per destination and you will have to complete one order per recipient address.

Sending custom images? Attach (rather than embed) your image (.jpg preferably) and send it to and reference your order number.

Please check your order confirmation (emailed to you automatically after you complete your order) and contact us via email or phone with any changes to your order.
